Privacy
Last updated: TO BE CONFIRMED (placeholder date 2026-09-17).
angrist.app is a personal site hosting a few games. This notice says what those games store, and what this page does not.
This page
The landing page you came from stores nothing. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from any third party — every file comes from this site.
The games
Rouge and Bubble Blaster run entirely in your browser. Saved games, progress and settings stay in your browser's own storage on your device and are never sent to us.
Yahtzee and Carbles have online play. To make that work they create an anonymous identity for you the first time you open them — a random identifier, with no name, email address or account behind it — and keep it in a cookie (in the browser) or in the app's secure storage (on Android) so you can come back to a game. Playing online stores the display name you type, the rooms you join and the record of the games you play, against that identifier. Nothing else is collected. Signing in with a Google or Apple account is offered in some builds; if you use it, the provider's identifier and the display name it gives us are stored against the same identity so it can follow you across devices.
Deleting what is stored
For the browser-only games, clear the site's data in your browser. For Yahtzee and Carbles, the app's settings offer to delete your identity, which removes it and everything stored against it; or write to the address below with the display name you used.
Legal basis and who we are
TO BE CONFIRMED BY THE OWNER: the operator's name and country, and the lawful basis for holding display names and game records (the plan assumes legitimate interest in running the games, with deletion on request).
